A healthy Small Group consists of: • 3-12 people • Prayer
• Bible-based study • Service

The Spiritual Growth Pathway leads people to Small Groups, where significant relationships and outreach opportunities result in a closer relationship with God. The following three environments provide the settings for the continual journey of becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ:

	Come and See - Members and friends invite others to Faith Community, where visitors can see what we have to offer and be warmly received.

	Come and Connect - People begin participating in church activities where they can develop friendships and begin adjusting their life priorities.

	Come and Grow - People join a small group where they begin to mature spiritually and become an ever-growing, committed follower of Jesus.
