Prayer is God’s idea. It is how we, His children, can communicate with Him, and He with us. God loves His children and is concerned about all things in our lives, big or small. God will listen. God will hear your prayer. God will respond.


For the miracle of prayer to begin operating in our lives, we must finally do only one thing: We must pray. “Come into my presence,” says God. “Talk to me. Share all your concerns. I’m keenly interest in you because I’m your Father. I’m able to help, because all power in heaven and earth is mine. And I’m listening very closely, hoping I will hear your voice.”

Prayer Room

Prayer is one way God has provided for us to commune with Him, and when we accept His invitation to commune with Him, He will transform our hearts and change our lives. - Elizabeth George

The Prayer Room is a quiet place available for anyone desiring to spend private time with the Lord, either by themselves or with family and friends. Small groups are welcome to come in for a time of prayer during their meeting time as are ministry groups. There are many prayer helps available, including scripture prayer guide cards, Pray! magazine, and books on prayer which can be checked out of the Prayer Room. The Prayer Room is open during regular building hours.
